Ice Flow/Ice Caves need a lil more tweaking
I went to get my new toons armor infused, made it through the ice flow area ok. The recent adjustments seem adequate (myself [war/mo] and full group of henchies). Got thru the outside of the ice cave and inside with a lil work, not as bad as it has been, but once I approached the area with the seer etc, I faced no less than 20+ npc's (see pic).
This resulted in a 30 second fight (or less) and all henchies were dead. I tried resing but they would swarm (entire mob) when I got with in 2 times my agro circle distance. I waited for them to calm down no luck every time I went anywhere near I got stampeded. I think the spawns need tweaking. Having to rezone to hopefully get a better one is too time consuming, and will result in most giving up.

I hear "Bad Spawn" all the time, as a blanket answer for such things. What does it mean exactly? Does it mean you can get 20 at once or 10 the next time or 5 or 30? Why do I not see this all over, it seems to only happen in places that people seek out (ice caves for ids etc). Must be a running gag with the devs. LOL "Ok watch this, they will have a really hard time here.." I bet they pop popcorn grab some dew, and sit back and laugh themselves silly.
LOL
No offense, but "Bad spawn" is a cop out, like a tech saying "Designed behavior" which those in the know, understand to mean, "I can't figure out why it happens, so I say it's working as intended to deter complaints".

They make areas that are frequently visited slightly harder..big deal? Nope
PvE is suppose to be a challenge, if you fail then try again.
IDS farming is hardly challenging or worth the hassle.
New players *sigh*

What are you talking about? There's no cave with a seer in Ice Floe.
Also, your image is broken.

I don't seem to have it anymore, but I used to have a screenshot of like 9 of those flying mesmers occupying the same exact spot in the desert...
